Comments and Spam Detection
If comments are enabled and a visitor posts a comment, the site may collect the data entered in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent string to assist with spam detection. An anonymised value created from an email address may be sent to Gravatar to check whether the visitor uses that service. Following approval, the visitor’s public profile image may appear alongside the comment.
Media and Location Information
If you upload photographs to the website, avoid including location data such as EXIF GPS coordinates. Visitors may be able to download images and extract any embedded location information.
Cookies
If comments are enabled, visitors may choose to save their name, email address and website in browser cookies for convenience; those cookies may last for up to one year. Enquiry information is stored in the site’s administration area with restricted administrative access. A notification may be sent to the official email address info@ezz-tech.com. We use this information to respond, discuss the requested service and follow up on your enquiry. The form is not intended to collect passwords or payment card data. WhatsApp and analytics services may have their own applicable privacy practices.
Data Sharing and Password Resets
If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email. Other information may be shared with service providers only as needed for the described functionality, subject to their respective terms and the applicable law.
